Der Glas-Upcycler funktioniert kinderleicht und bietet neben der Abfallentsorgung einen zusätzlichen Mehrwert: die Sandgewinnung! Wir entsorgen Glasflaschen in allen Farben – von Weiß über Braun bis Grün – und erhalten nach nur einem Arbeitsschritt den Rohstoff Sand sauber als Granulat zurück. Dieser ist weltweit einer der gefragtesten Rohstoffe.
Die Baubranche boomt, und auch die Solar- und Computerchipbranche kommt nicht ohne Sand aus. Die mittlerweile in allen Fahrzeugen verbauten Computerchips machen es notwendig, sich intensiv mit Sand als Ressource auseinanderzusetzen. Nicht umsonst sind rund um Indonesien einige Inseln scheinbar unbemerkt der illegalen Sandmafia zum Opfer gefallen.
Wir bieten den Glas-Upcycler in zwei Größen an: einmal als mittelgroße Gerätschaft für Gastronomie und Hotellerie und einmal als größere Variante für Supermarktketten und Recyclinghöfe.
Beim größeren Upcycler können wir zwischen drei Granulat-Stufen wählen, während der kleine Upcycler den Sand auf einer feststehenden Granulat-Stufe ausgibt.
In Theorie und Praxis können Sie den zurückgewonnenen Sand sofort für die Bauindustrie verwenden. Er kann jedoch auch dazu genutzt werden, Inselbereiche wieder mit Sand aufzufüllen!

Glass-Upcycler Recycling
The glass upcycler works very easily and it offers a second big value, the sand extraction!
This means, that we dispose of glass bottles (of all colors from white to brown to green) and after just one step we receive the raw material sand back cleanly as granules, which is currently the most important raw material all over the world.
The construction industry is booming and the solar & computer chip industry cannot do without it either.
The computer chips now installed in all vehicles, also make it necessary to deal specifically with the raw material sand as a resource.
We'll keep it short:
We offer the Glass Upcycler in two sizes, one as a medium-sized device for the gastro, catering and hotels
industry and the other as a larger version for supermarket`s and recycling centers.
With the larger upcycler we can choose between 3 diffrent granulate levels,
the small upcycler dispenses the sand on a fixed granulate level.
In theory & practice, you can immediately use the reclaimed sand for the construction industry, but you can also use it to refill island areas with sand! So it's an absolute WIN WIN product - it doesn't get greener than this.
